Linda Hedmark 

Linda Hedmark is an author and Police Commissioner at the National Operations Department (NOA), where she leads the Operations Unit — a high-stakes team that manages the National Task Force, the Bomb Squad, and the Police Air Unit.

Drawing on over 20 years of the line of duty, Linda writes stories fueled by the pulse-pounding reality of the field. She captures the intensity of major incidents where every second counts and lives are at stake. With a sharp eye for the details, she invites the reader directly into the heart of the operation center. Linda is currently writing the third installment in a trilogy. Beloved Police was released in 2025, followed by Hated Police in autumn 2026.
